Gen X are some of the most on the fence people when it comes to mental health. To relate to this generation of responsible adults, Headspace is adding itself to the chore list by speaking their language. Its not just mental health, its "Thoughtful Upkeep".
Shhhh it’s Car Wash time
We will station a QR code and sign near the entrance of automatic car washes. The QR code would lead people to a headspace coupon and a 2-5 minute guided meditation. The mix of foamy textures rolling down the window and the white noise of machines provide a good backdrop to this guided meditation.
Mind your head and the hedges
When left unchecked, our thoughts can twist and turn like a maze. To bring that idea to life, we created a brain-shaped hedge maze. The installation turns an abstract concept into something you can see, walk through, and reflect on.
